The ISAAR 2025 conference will take place from the 20-22 August 2025 in Nyborg, Denmark.

Programme

The scientific programme starts at 9:00 on Wednesday (20rd) and ends on Friday (22th) around noon. You can find more information regarding travelling here. Details about the programme will follow.

Registration

The registration and hotel booking will open early summer.

Participant fee

Participant fee will be around DKK 6000 (approximately EUR 806, USD 854). The fee covers participation in the symposium, full accommodation including single room for 2 nights (Wed-Thu-Fri), all meals and social activities during the symposium.

Presentations & Posters

ISAAR is based on a single stream of talks and a poster session. The maximum poster size is 1.57m (height) times 1.15m (width, portrait).

Scholarships

The ISAAR organisation committee in collaboration with the William Demant Foundation is offering scholarships for participation (not for travel costs). The deadline is 15th of May 2025.

Abstract book and Special Issue

As in the last editions, there will be an abstract book with all the contributions to the conference, which is different from editions until 2019, where the proceedings consisted of manuscripts from a selection of the contributions. Authors who are interested in contributing a written account of their contribution are now encouraged to submit directly to the ISAAR 2025 Special Issue in Trends in Hearing, rather than to first submit a conference manuscript and then optionally also a journal manuscript. The deadline for submission will be in November 2025. More details regarding submission requirements for the special issue will follow.
